Persian word which is spelled exactly the same as Azadi, but pronounced differently.

I am not sure if this has been brought up before, but I will post it anyway. The title explains the post, so here are two links. The first link is to the TLJ Azadi, and the second link is to a Wikipedia article about the persian word.

I see now that the wiki mentions the connection. Hmm, I'm waiting to see if Chapters really starts to give a tip of the hat to The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch. If Wolf starts exhibiting stigmata ... lol :)

The similarity to people dropping out with Chew-Z and Can-D is one I noted, albeit it's gotten to be something of a trope. Got to give PKD credit for the trailblazing though.
