Got the file to download only to get an invalid file no matter which I option I chose.

Anybody else experiencing this?

Yeah, at least one other person is having the same issue. Are you downloading Windows, Mac, or Linux? Just for reference.

Okay. Definitely confirms the issue for Windows, then. Still trying to figure out if the Mac version is working.

At a guess, it seems that the file was either corrupted or improperly uploaded somewhere along the line. Hopefully it's a quick fix that RTG can do when they get into the office.

Any update on this?  Just downloaded today on Windows, tried both BitTorrent and direct download.  Valid md5 checksum, corrupt ZIP file.

Update: Sorry, just noticed that you just replied a few hours ago.  I will be patient.  :)

8:30 Oslo time at the moment. They'll probably be at work soon (even if they seem to have gone to bed around 3am), and I'm pretty sure they'll look into it very soon.

What a pity!

I'm behind a proxy, so no Steam access possible.

I hope they fix Humble Bundle zip file soon!

Too many people already playing... me not happy not playing...

P.S.: I tried to repair the zip file but it's no use. The large bin file inside can't be repaired...

I'll try my luck with the Linux version.

Hi everyone.

I'm having the same problem with my Humble Bundle download. Can see 1.3GB zip file sitting there but windows   is telling the file is empty.

Even tried winzip.

Will wait for the fix. In RTG we trust.

I used the humble file to download the Mac version and I am getting errors every time I try to unzip the file. So I'm guessing both might have an issue?

In that case, yes, there must be an issue with the Mac version too.

I downloaded the Linux version: unzips perfectly. And ungzips perfectly. And untars perfectly.

So just a Windows and Mac problem.

I can confirm that there is an issue with incomplete files that have been uploaded by Humble Bundle.

We're currently investigating the problem. Good to hear that it's working fine for Linux at least.

Mac and Windows versions seem to be uploaded incorrectly. We'll update when we have more information about this issue.

On the Humble page the size is stated as 1.3GB, but Windows says 1.25GB.

Don't worry about that :) As long as it unpacks and installs it should be ok. That said, if it doesn't let us know

For now, mac users can try and fix the file locally.

$ zip -FF DreamfallChapters_Mac_x64.zip --out pleasework.zip

Can't guarantee it would end up complete, but extracted .dmg seems to mount without any more errors.

And I think it should be around 3 gb.

Mac version is about 3 gb, Linux version is about 3 gb and downloading from Steam it's about 3 gb.

I'm waiting for a 3 gb file.  -_-
