(...and my "add MORE notifications" joke continues...)

Were far too many notifications in book 2. Probably contributed to feeling down/depressed after playing.

They should add a "your choices caused you to feel sad/feel regret/feel surprised/etc. " notification. :)

And why not "you have selected to stay offline and not share statistics with Facebook. As a consequence Zoe will be anti-social in the game to enhance your immersion".

Really happy to see Ragnar posting about this! I figured it was a matter of discussion, and I certainly see where they're coming from - it's really frustrating to not have players recognize your work.

I do think it would have come out and the wash and the work would speak for itself eventually (in the exact manner that The Walking Dead, etc. *didn't*) but I can also see why they didn't want to wait till post-release replays to gain that reputation.

It does fill me with a lot of optimism that it will happen in the long run!
