It's backers@redthreadgames.com that's been the email address they've asked be used for such requests in the past, but I don't know how often it is checked anymore. They may not get a response that way.

Not really.
I mean there's the support@ address but they don't always respond there either.
As Morten's said recently, they've not been great about responding to emails. So. You can try reaching out on social media, too. (Twitter, FB) but... no promises.
