The picture I added is from the gamereactor preview article (link). It has many pictures in the bottom of the article. I remember one of the articles (I think the RPS one) mentioned that conversation as well, but it may be another one of the articles
So yeah, if you've avoided the latest articles to avoid spoilers, it's from there. A lot of journalists were allowed to play the first (three, I think) chapters of the game a week or two ago, and wrote articles from that. So they do contain some spoilers from those first chapters.

Seconded! They missed putting a beer in his hand though. Even if having the guy sit in a similar chair with similar hair/glasses, you know the screenshot itself was taken on purpose. All the other angles like Tina's pic don't have the vibe as much.

I was dreaming. Perhaps it may have been but a long forgotten memory. Things remembered when one is asleep. Things forgotten when one is awake. Where the deepest layers of memories become the outmost layers of one's dreams. Which are reality? Which are illusions? Or perhaps they are, at the same time, both truth and fiction. A vast nebulous with no boundaries. An emptiness equivalent to my own existence. I dreamt such a dream. A long, never-ending, dream. - Fei Fong Wong
