I thought I'd posted the following before, but I can't find it. Sorry if I have.
I found that DFC is almost entirely controllable with the mouse, with some exceptions. I'd expect these things to be (relatively, of course) simple to add, so I was wondering if you'd consider it.
1) The first thing could be considered a bug: If you hold down both mouse buttons to run and then release them, if the left button is released a fraction of a second after the right one it works as a click on whatever was highlighted. Perhaps it should only count as a click if the right mouse button was up when the left was pressed down.
2) The inventory could open with a middle click. As far as I can tell, middle clicking doesn't do anything currently.
3) There are a few points where you have to press a key on the keyboard to move. As the right mouse button makes you walk and doesn't have any other use (that I've found) outside the inventory, it would be nice if it was usable in these cases as well:
a] When Bachim tells Kian to stand up, in Book 1
b] When Saga in Interlude II has to get up to go to Magnus
c] When Zoë in Book 3 has to stop cooking
d] When Zoë in Book 3 has to let go of a lever
...and possibly other times I've forgotten.
If the above were implemented, particularly 2 and 3 (1 is basically just a bit annoying) then the only things you couldn't do with just the mouse would be to open the menu, journal or goal list.
