Find the Azadi officer somewhere in Oldtown

Best Answer failquail , 13 March 2015 - 17:57

Ah got it, more puzzles now, but at least i know where it is :)

Problem was i got distracted by a phone call immediately after speaking to Anna, so i couldn't remember the exact description she gave.

If the little quest log text were changed to 'Find The Azadi officer by the Shady Quay' it would be a great help i think, i feel it's too vague as is. That or an option to have a log of previous conversations to read through if you're forgetfull :)

Sorry, stuck again.

Oldtown is quite the sizable area for such an incredibly vague hint such as this.

First thought was the market area (no sign of this person) or one of the Inns (you cannot enter any of them at this point) So now i'm stuck pixel-hunting for clues in this really quite large area, any help please?

The officer is not in Oldtown, but in the Shady Quay (spelling?). You don't have to pixel hunt, it should be pretty obvious.

Also make sure you've gone to see the Mole before you go looking.

Edit: Well, I just checked the ingame map and apparently the Shady Quay is part of old town. But Anna specifically said that was where to look for him.

I think the point is your intended to investigate. Old town isnt a big area. Also the clue is in the word 'Shady' :)

Go to the magical market, and you should find out.

That was my first idea. I spoke with Blip, but Kian says that he dosn't need the boys help.

There's a sand-witch seller who used to be an alchemist (now illegal!)

She's your connection.

I Can't find anything what looks like azadi collaborator and  I think ihave checked all the characters in the Market and ShadyQ is empty?

And where is Bip? After following him in out to city(at the beginning He cannot be found from the oldtown?

It's a bug, Sometimes Bip will get stuck and disappear. Either reload the save from when you enter the market, or ...

If you see this video, you'll see where you are supposed to go (and a lot more, if you don't stop there)

https://youtu.be/8D3YT-LtaW8?t=22m22s

When you get to the right house, Bip should show up, regardless.

Yeah Ihave met Bip ofc at that starting point  but speaking about this Azadi collaborator(is this topic about it?) do I need Bip for finding that "officer" - collaborator?

I have to comment my old post I messed up between azadi collaborator quest and azadi officer :)

Now I'm at the officer quest and understand  now what was going on..

Yeah. But I mean, knowing Ragnar, you're probably screwed either way.

I've been trying to follow the steps described here and in other walkthroughs, but the help option does not appear for me.

I did talk to the NPCs involved in the order that has been suggested, also went back and started from an older save point, no changes.

Can anyone help?
